Although I used to think that one diet couldn’t be right for everybody, I have changed my mind in the last six months. I have come around to agreeing with all the experts who think that modern wheat is not good for anybody. Here is a quote from a study done at Harvard University, “Every human gets intestinal permeability within five minutes of exposure to the gluten proteins of wheat getting into their intestines – every human, not just those that have the genetic vulnerability to celiac disease.” Accordingly, I am a follower and fan of Dr. William Davis and his Wheat Belly WOE (Way of Eating). It’s not a “diet” in the sense of a short-term weight loss program. It is a diet in the sense that a “diet” is what you eat. I eat an amazing variety of tasty food that I prepare myself at home, although eating away from home would be possible. If you’d like to know more, or you’d like to be coached on the Wheat Belly WOE, contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org.
