Although I used to think that one diet couldn’t be right for everybody, I have changed my mind in the last six months. I have come around to agreeing with all the experts who think that modern wheat is not good for anybody. Here is a quote from a study done at Harvard University, “Every human gets intestinal permeability within five minutes of exposure to the gluten proteins of wheat getting into their intestines – every human, not just those that have the genetic vulnerability to celiac disease.” Accordingly, I have studied and earned a certification as a Primal Health Coach. It’s not a “diet” in the sense of a short-term weight loss program. It is a diet in the sense that a “diet” is what you eat. I eat an amazing variety of tasty food that I prepare myself at home, although eating away from home would be possible.
